Fees & Insurance

Momentum Speech & Language Therapy of Ann Arbor is a private pay practice at this time.

Information regarding fees will be discussed/provided during the initial consultation.

*A sliding scale may be available on an individual basis. 

 

Payment is due at the time of service.

*A superbill can be provided to submit to insurance companies for potential reimbursement of out-of-network services. This would include a detailed receipt containing specific codes (ie, diagnostic and procedural) that insurance companies require in order to process a claim.
